A blonde, wanting to earn some money, decided to hire herself out as a handyman-type and started canvassing a wealthy neighborhood. She went to the front door of the first house and asked the owner if he had any jobs for her to do.

"Well, you can paint my porch. How much will you charge?"
The blonde said, "How about 50 dollars?" The man agreed and told her that the paint and ladders that she might need were in the garage. The man's wife, inside the house, heard the conversation and said to her husband, "Does she realize that the porch goes all the way around the house?"
The man replied, "She should. She was standing on the porch."

A short time later, the blonde came to the door to collect her money.
"You're finished already?" he asked. "Yes," the blonde answered, "and I had paint left over, so I gave it two coats. "Impressed, the man reached in his pocket for the $50. "And by the way," the blonde added, "that's not a Porch, it's a Ferrari."

Кого сейчас удивишь персональной дачей или участком. Вокруг Москвы участков и загородных усадеб, что рыбы в Черном море. Их стройка не утихает даже зимой. Хозяева строителей подгоняют: "Быстрее, быстрее, а то стройматериалы растащат!" На самый крайний случай, чтобы обезопасить добро, достраивается или возводится забор. Вдобавок, чем зажиточнее домовладелец, тем стойче и фундаментальнее смотрится его забор. Чем же огораживают свои ломти земли самые богатые "мэны" нашей обширной родины?

Скажу сразу, интересоваться этим предметом, значит, подвергать себя определенному риску. Во-первых, этот народец чрезвычайно крайне и немногословный, во-вторых, внушающий подозрение. Строители также невольно идут на разговор "со шпионами": "Да, делали такому забор, какой и за сколько, вам знать ни в коей мере необязательно!"

Все-таки чем страшнее тайна, тем слаще ее открывать. Выяснилось, что "сильные мира сего" строят заборы из бетона, дерева и кирпича. Но большей частью им нравятся [url=]кованые заборы[/url]. Почему? Ответ будет прост. Бетон, как не самый красивый материал для эксклюзивного забора не пойдет. Кирпич имеет моду крошится, и через несколько лет стоического стояния под отечественным мокрым небом принимает вид "засиженного мухами". Дерево, без всякого сомнения, недолговечно и стремительно гниет. Поэтому на ключевые позиции сегодня сломя голову выходят кованые заборы.

Чаще всего делается так, что основу забора составляет кованая декоративная решетка, а столбы, на которые она ставится, возводятся из бетона. Принцип тут такой: "И обходится такое удовольствие по дорогой цене, и смотрится очень красиво"

А сейчас о деньгах. Один «художественный» столб из бетона, а-ля «древнеримская колонна» встанет вам примерно долларов в 45, а одна секция кованной декоративной тех же размеров от $80 до $150. Таким образом, для огораживания 10 соток потребуется от 7000 до 10000 долларов. Не то, чтобы за гроши, но оно этого стоит.
Сколько потребуется, чтобы установить всю эту красоту? Две недели терпеливого ожидания - и готово дело, живите и радуйтесь. Но и это еще не все! Если вы закажете «элитный» забор типа «металлоконструкция на кирпичных опорах», то можете надеться на то, что, увидев такой забор, ваши знакомые и приятели раз и навсегда уверуют в то, что вы человек полностью безукоризненного эстетического вкуса и будут спрашивать Ваше представление во всех своих будущих решениях.
